Left nut varicocele is extremely normal, maybe most guys get it in life and many have had it since a kid already. Left nut has worse drainage than the right one so it often develops that. I got it too and am fine, both my nuts are massive but I love my left one for being even huger. Sexy, virile and stud-like looking.

Hopefully your fertility remains normal then, think there is increased risk of infertility but most seem to remain normal. Even then it can often be fixed/improved with treatments I believe? Not sure though.
