I'm still checking every area of my scalp, but using a kids microzoom toy I have not seen any scarring of the follicles... Yet. I still have to look more though

I'm still checking, very slowly. I do not see any regrowth but I also see no scarring. I think I have diffuse alopecia areata instead of a scarring hairloss but I'm not 100% yet

You may have Diffuse Unpatterned Alopecia (DUPA) which may make a hair transplant impossible if you start balding from the top. Better hop on finasteride asap if it's not already done.

Nah it was caused by accutane. I do not believe hormones are playing a roll in the hairloss. It's either diffuse alopecia areata, or Lichen Planopilaris, which I'm trying to figure out right now
