I was pondering on this mental issue of validation , what ushered it in mind ,i came to a conclusion that it a basic childhood trauma cause due to abusive parenting, but i cannot reverse it, i need a way to reverse my thinking pattern to how natural humans behave, i feel stangnant since 2013 when i was like 8 years old and had my first love , since then i developed an inferiority complex mostly due to shit household ,i feel my brain development , personality development,stopped since then
