I don’t know why people try and brain wash you into thinking running is all that bad for you. It’s pretty apparent that marathons are pretty hard on the body. But running 1-2 miles a couple times a week has been pretty beneficial to me mentally and physically.

I dont see anything but positives from running unless you overdo it, great cardio, gets you in shape, retards on TikTok just think that acute spikes in gh from sprinting will ascend them so they detest anything that "spikes cortisol" even though lifting spikes your cortisol and 99% of them advocate lifting. keep running, its great for physical and mental health, fat retards just like to use buzzwords to demonize anything that messing with their precious cortisol

Yeah even walking around town is good
