I dont think that not having any facial hair actually means you have low DHT
By that theory we would have to say that more than 2 billion men have Low DHT. All the East Asian men + All the central Asian men + all the Turkish men who have Mongol dna + Afghans with Mongol dna + All the HAPAS + Native Americans/Indiana's + Polynesians would have low DHT
It can't make sense for all of these men to have Low DHT just cause their face is smooth without any facial hair whatsoever.
I think its just RECEPTORS. These men likely already have high or normal DHT but they just don't have much androgen receptors in the facial region where beard is supposed to grow, that's why they don't grow facial hair. Lack of androgen RECEPTORS in the facial region
It's either that or that they do have enough Androgen receptors in the facial region but the receptors are NOT SENSITIVE enough to respond to DHT n grow beard.
