Think about it, why does your body want more sleep. Does it want to recover from an Injury, a Illness, or maybe because you have low T, your body is making you tired throughout your day so you can get some sleep and produce more.

Of course if your perfectly healthy and think oh ill sleepmax during the day for T, that wont work. It will be minimal and your Body probaly wont even produce any cause you dont need it.

I think you should always think about getting some extra sleep.

Yes ofc if theres nothing wrong with you maybe Oversleeping can cause some sort of side effect but i wouldnt say its anything major.
 
if u sleep more than 11-12 hours and you didn't run a marathon the day before you probably have bad sleep quality
