I don't understand blepharoplasty, do hooded eyes make you look older?

Ok so I have a problem with my eyes. When I get fully relaxed I can see UEE, but normally they look hooded

I've seen that blepharoplasty is used to make eyes less hooded and old, so are hooded eyes a failo in men?

This is a comparison between my eyes when they have UEE and when they are hooded, what should I do?

Do you think back camera showing you have negative hooding matters or in mirror with natural lighting but not negative hooding at all ? Like I have negative hooding on front camera with bad lighting and in back it's not that much negative and in the mirror with like no frauded lighting it looks not negative at all
