Your martial arts is useless without the strength to perform the techniques

if you know wrestling, but can’t even bench 100 lbs, then your wrestling is useless

But if you know wrestling and can bench 300 lbs, then your wrestling is really useful

some martial arts dont necessarily focus on strength more on the techniques

That’s the fake ones, like shaolin kung fu, tai chi, aikido, taekwondo, Krav Maga, shotokan karate

The real martial arts are judo, jiu jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, kyokushin karate
