I don’t understand how people can handle a social life

I mean the conversation part. Small talk and stuff like that.

I get insanely tired from it, like I’ve run a marathon.
- It brings me absolutely no pleasure, it’s meaningless!
and exhausting.

I end up feeling empty.
And when I build up a streak of not communicating, it feels so good.

And I’m not saying this from an incel position.
I’m high gl with endless validation.

I don’t understand why you strive for this.
For social interactions in the form of talking in real life.
