I don't understand how

I don’t understand how someone who is 6’10” to 7’ tall can look like the most average person. I automatically associate being that tall with having some sort of rugged masculine appearance due to the role of HGH and testosterone in height development. But I guess some people get one end of the stick and then get the other end smeared with shit. I saw a 6’11” guy on TikTok, and you wouldn’t guess that someone with such a ‘puppyface’ could be that tall, based on his face alone, I’d assume he was around 5’9”. He looked cute though.
