You can do different things in life. Take on different careers, have different hobbies, have different friends.

realistically I’m going to be forced to work a career I don’t want to. I have hobbies but they only work as temporary distractions. And I’m totally incapable of forming relationships with people

You can learn how to do this by reflecting on failures, and coming up with better strategies. Eventually you'll find strategies that work for relationships.
