You can never have the same physique as david laid because you’re simply small, even if you get LL your torso will stay super short and most manlets are framecels anyways

I think martial arts would bring ALOT more success to the manlets because almost all the popular champs in ufc, boxing or any martial arts are 5’6 niggas

Short as in? I’ve seen 5’7-5’9 guys with very lean aesthetic physiques
