How it happens? How can someone got puberty at the normal age, looking his age but have a sudden growth spurt years after puberty?

How can someone not growing for years during puberty then all of sudden growing again?

How can someone still growing slowly YEARS after puberty that happened at a normal age when others have stopped growing?

--> Late puberty + Late growth spurt = Explained and logicial
--> Normal puberty + Late growing pattern = Unexplained

Why the body decide suddenly to release a bunch of growth hormone if he haven't for years? (With normal puberty)

It’s normal for longitudinal growth to occur in phases, they‘re just not the same for everyone
