Tbh changing looks is a lot easier than changing personality. Going to the gym while cutting down to 12%bf was easier than trying different combinations of drugs and drinking alcohol to get low inhib enough at parties. Being confident and having decent social skills is stuck at a certain level like your looks. When mfs say just be confident, talk more, or get better social skills it is almost like telling someone be white, be tall, have a sharp jaw or have deep set eyes.

Not true in the slightest, losing weight and lifting weights can be easy. But you’re not getting past your genetic base, so you’re capped. Unless you have autism you can fix NT(personality), but there will be a lot of work to do.
