literally %80 of the forum thinks they can get 7-10cm lift in nike air force 1 highs for example. and when they put it inside and wear it casually they think they're getting 7-10cms
but the reality is that those lifts dont give you the height they say, have you ever fucking tried to measure your height and then with the shoe on?
where did the 9cm go now? why are you only 5cm taller?
its literally impossible to wear 6cm+ lifts and walk properly, the highest you can go is 6cm and 7cm+ your walk starts to look like you're wearing women's heels.
ideal is around 4-5.5cm

i do 2 lifts in nike tn air max plus and get around 6cm
