I dont understand the rules?

Yesterday I was falsy banned for using a vpn (didnt use one) but then I looked at the rules and it says this:

Use a VPN for added privacy that doesnt make any sense.

This needs to be changed/made clearer. The rules dont mention that using a vpn is prohibited and they even encourage you, but at the same time u would get banned for using one (cuz ppl use it for alt account). This (rules) needs to be made clear to not cause confusing

I dont understand why this is in the rules? Since a lot of ppl post images, private info and sometimes private messages, to get ratings or to show smth. Also I saw some1 post his surgery results.

Im very confused about the rules and what is and what isnt okay, pls some1 clarify this.

You can’t make an account with a VPN, but you can use one freely after you sign up with any normal IP. Most forums have this, I’ve been asked to literally provide my IP since I used VPNs so often.

“private” meaning literally a PM, a private message i.e. you cannot expose your private messages with one another without their permission.

You can post whatever you want that is your own or someone else’s online, that is your own choice. You cannot force that choice upon someone else, however, by posting their private information they trusted you with in a PM.
