it's true to an extent. i really only care about self improvement mehehe for self validation ultimately. you should want to benefit yourself in the most in the end, but they don't understand that you can't just neglect other parts of your lives that are essential and live in some shack in the wilderness surviving off berries

I believe All fully developed humans are supposed to be geniuses who can build everything for themselves
"Talent" to me doesn't really exist
Also people used to always plant their own foods and build their own houses, and fix their own property
back in the day
