I know one 6'2-6'3 guy IRL with multimillionaire parents, excellent grades at school (not top top but good enough), high paying job and yet he tells me he's scared to go to the gym in the evening because people will judge him even though he doesn't look lanky or fat.

There is zero availability of quality women for relationships and there is not even availability of non-quality women for hookups.

I am trying to fix it by grinding money and buying surgeries. It’s not like I’m rotting - I’d like to but I’m not.

There is surely a point where believing your problems are fixable with enough effort is pure delusion though. Given my age, poor base, and lack of money I may already be past that point and just coping. It’s just realism.
