people say parasites, e coli, salmonella, toxins and all these fucking buzzwords but really there should be no problem with it if you eat good quality, good fed and 100% natural beef for example.

I have been eating raw meat and drinking raw (fermented)milk for awhile and my life has changed for the better ever since,

Basically they predigest the food the bacteria does. So people in third world countries who basically eat nothing but grains wouldn't even survive without them. Another thing is if the condition in your body isn't right, they wouldn't even be able to live inside of you. So that's why some people were unable to get parasites despite trying to do it on purpose. There was a university that started selling isolated parasites (trychonosis) back in the early 2000 in America to treat digestion-related problems. Don't know if they still do it.
But this all is based on a research by a single guy, who did it independently, so you chose whether to believe it or not. I follow it because it matches my experience.
