jfl yeah nah bro i grew up eating absolute goy, my brother has way worse orthodontal issues but yeah its definitley due to lack of animal protein. And thats why i had comical bone density before like a year or two ago where i started eating higher protein, working out.

Its fully in ur parents control whether u end up a skinnyfat kid, or skinny kid, or if u end up being a healthy kid with a couple lbs of muscles on you.

I was prob eating like 30-40g of protein a day even as a teenager, probably insane ratios of carbs, sugars, fats. Ive realized it wasnt genetic, actually my dad is in his 50s and ripped still, and my uncle was a body builder, but because of this mom diet she put me on i had to take matters in my own hands like david laid did and do gear and eat copius amounts of protein and work out like a dog.

Im not a diet coper but if ur kid isnt getting enough animal protein and ur letting him eat cheetos or whatever the fuck he will either be fat or weak asf bone density skinny fat
