It’s not over until it’s over bhai, your eye area is super cucked, curl those downturned lashes and use minoxidil to fix those outer parts of the eyebrows, hyoid seems a bit bad so just get a neck lift or a hyoid suspension surgery. Also get a canthoplasty to sharpen the dull eye area and a slight alarplasty will ascend your nose since it has a good shape
