I’m 19 with friends that are pretty much all at least htn and I’ve been listed as mid by multiple girls I want to start taking peptides and I know I want to do Reta and bpc for now, I want to know everything I can do because if I don’t ascend my life will continue to rot in this endless cycle. I have friends who have had crazy ascension and their lives have gotten so much better and I feel like it’s not over yet, should I start bone-smashing and all that, please let me know everything wrong with me. I genuinely want to improve so be brutal asf.
