I don't want to bother with surgery right now, but could fillers be useful for me?

Although surgery would be better overall, for fillers you could get brow filler, chin, masseter and zygos for the full look but i would say masseters are the most important here. you narrow face giganerfs you, so chin masseter and lip would be what i recommend the most.

yes but for u implants are batter in my opnion. because filler has migration and in ur case u ll need a amount high enough to have risk of migration

In the long term it isn’t worth it, but it all depends on how many fillers, who’s doing it and when or if you’re going to switch to implants after having fillers for a while
