teach me how :feelswah: i tried starvmaxing endded up saggy and with more body fat, tried the normal way -300 deficit? 6 months and only lost 10lbs

skinnyfat is not real, it usually just means you're not as skinny as you think you are, your body can tolerate you being skinny more than the standards of your indian aunty who thinks you should be 60 pounds overweight to be healthy btw.
