Bro, I'm currently on 80mg of accutane, been on two cycles before and I've got to tell you, SPF is a non negotioable.

It's shitty and annoying to put on and it feels pointless especially when its not sunny but the benefits outweigh those detriments. The protection your skin requires while on accutane is much higher than regular skin, and yet those who are not using accutane should also be wearing spf daily.

Trust me, after a year of consistant spf usage, you will see the benefit to your skin. Less hyperpigmentation, more even colouring and tone, reduced signs of aging, better glow etc.

Wear SPF 50 UVA+UVB PA++++ daily and reapply every two hours for as long as it is bright outside. Literally from sunrise until sunset.

The sunscreen I recommend is this one by LRP

theres different versions of it (tinted, non tinted, active ingredients etc) but the version I use is the oil control one. All of them are non greasy and apply well.

Also, since youre using accutane, take antihistamine every day. Helps with side effects. And take high dose beta carotene to give you a colour despite no sun exposure.

I’m on month 6 of 60mg , and I’d rather spend my money on steroids and peptides and dates with women who boost my oxytocin instead some other skincare product. The only side effect I ever got in these 6 months was dry lips, even if I were to get true side effect, it’s not like I give a fuck about them tbh

let me put it to you this way; your future self WILL regret not spending the 20 euros it cost for 3 months worth of sunscreen. You will permanently damage your skin. You're not going to be able to get steroids or peptides for anything near that price anyway. Including cost of the peptides, BAC water or PBS, needles, mini fridge, sterilisation equipment; you're looking at 200 euros at least.

dont be stupid. listen to the science and to your doctor. use sunscreen.

if money is this much of a concern to you, you need to start earning more.

Peptides are like 300 bucks for an entire year worth of MT2&reta & Ghk-cu, you’ll be suprised by how cheap it is. But yeah I still use it daily, it’s just that when only 2 hours of the day it has 1UV max, while being inside of a building. It feels pretty useless to have to Apply that ASWELL on top of my moistuzer and makes my skin so wet in the mroning

Sometimes when I’m biking it even starts to drip and get wet again bc it didn’t fully de solve yet, making me look fucking sweaty when I arrive, very annoying

Spf always no matter what
