Women will tend to treat unattractive men worse than men treat unattractive men. Simply because male to female interactions are more likely to be perceived sexually. This means a woman will more likely to display aggression towards you as an emotional coping mechanism to the repulsion your face produces in them. In a workplace this repulsive-aggression has the potential to be a huge detriment to your career because you need the support of your coworkers to function in a workplace. The massive issue here is that you need a job to survive, but if you are constantly being targeted by women because of your looks, you are being oppressed. The issue here is that there is no legal protection against lookism, which makes you vulnerable to it in the workplace.
