sth embarrassing happened
i was ashamed 2 days, felt bad
then suddenly i realized i need to go to dentist, and those prior problems went away, now only the fear of the dentist mattered
and so it is with every problem, sometimes they even go away on their own
all problems are temporary, go away, get replaced, etc so why worry that much?
