I drank alcohol while on accutane

Basically I’m a fucking retard and never heard you weren’t supposed to drink while on accutane. I’m taking 20mg daily. All my labs were good and showed my liver was healthy. Has anyone else done this and what was your experience?

drank every weekend for like a month. kinda depended on the night. some nights blackout fs

Honestly the risk will depend on how long you are taking accutane bc isotretinoin builds up with each dose. If you are young you'll probably be fine, just run another lab test to check your ALT/AST levels

Keep doing this and you risk acquiring a toxic/alcoholic hepatitis
