Gonna make instant soup asap when I get home. I recover very fast from this tho, years of practice. Tommorw morning I am like brand new. But I did overdo it a bit. Not drinking water is the worst.

Im even lil bit older and also have still crazy resilience, normie would die from that amount... Beer is tricky because it hydrates you at first "it's only 5% alcohol" muh water, but if you go overboard ->>> it's dehydrating like a motherfucker and you 'need to get next one especially at some physical labor ffs, ok good luck

Very true about the dehydration. I will wake up at 3 am burning up on the inside and drink a liter of water in one chug.
