I dread every night thinking everything I could have done with my life

The things I could have said, the things I could have done, the work I could have put in, all that time I had and I did nothing. Its too late for everything. I keep replaying scenarios in my head where I did what I was meant to do. I missed every opportunity to change. I live a life full of regrets and im barely of age. Nothing even gives me joy anymore
