Didnt really, I just calm my self down before injection and breath slowly, clear my mind and shit + my injection tehnique has improved a lot so I m more confident in not hurting myself. So yeah with certain tehniques ive just reduced my anxiety. I was screaming my lungs out when I was like 10 years old and had to get vaccinated or blood work, I was just so fucking scared all the time of needles
