i mean it like gives me constipation maybe colon contraction its not like coffee where i shit my self immediately after drinking it so its like the inverse problem with coffee, i have to have coffee before monster or eat something that will reduce the acidity of the monster before but caffeine causes histamine inhibition so i have to take cetirizine to do that shit

Yeah the risks are overrated as fuck lmfao, it is literally just soda with caffeine in it. Drinking lots of coffee isn't better like many/most people do lol. I take 400 mg caffeine every morning personally and been doing so the past 6 years no issues.

I have had straight diahrea for a month now possibly, but i thought this was like a common thing with energy drinks i know multiple people with the same issue but i think its more drinking on an empty stomach maybe im sensitive to caffeine but i take measures to be sensitive to caffeine to make sure its always effective
