I have severe allergies to whey and caesin too.

I finally quit it and feel better now, I was literally having mild anaphylaxis on daily basis for a year now.

Going to gluten, whey caesin, nuts, eggs free helped me.

Food allergies are no joke you can literally die anytime if things go out of control.
