I dropped a few pounds since I skipped my meds

Went from 167 to 164. Hopefully I can drop to 150 in a few weeks.

yea now i just blast this schizophrenia healing frequency video all day, instead of taking my meds. I think it helps, no matter what ppl say. I think I can get back to normal by the time uni hits in a month or 2.
