u need a better haircut- the bowl cut you have going on is dragging your face down so hard it’s fucking insane, your face is extremely puffy as-well, eyebags need to be fixed.

you need something to distract from the lower half of your face- more volume would make your head less big. slightly over the eyebrow like in ref pic easy to style.

more like a modern shag? not really sure- if you were to describe it to ur barber tho it would be medium-length layered cut with texture, messy/shaggy style, fringe left longer in front.
