I eat like shit but I know I have height potential - What Should I eat?

I have potential to be 5’10-5’11 but I eat like shit for these past few months.

First off, I don’t eat breakfast. My first meal is usually at 4pm and it’s a decent meal, nothing crazy in protein and I have another meal later with not much protein and that’s about it.


Some days I eat one meal or a light meal which just leads me to starve, or some days I don’t eat the whole day and just grab some fast food.

I’m not overweight, i’m pretty slim.

What should I focus on eating for height? Protein? Any proteins in particular?

Height is almost all genes but still at least high nutritious foods. 80% clean and 20& dirty is fine. (don't be dumb and starve yourself)

2 meals a day is fine I don’t eat breakfest either. As long as your getting your macros and good nutrients it dosent really matter.
