Coloring is a facet of looks and is an increasingly important consideration for people with bad coloring (Indians etc).

If you have a certain level of bone defintion which alone quantifies you as being in the upper threshold of looks/an outlier, then your point stands (Coloring is disregarded then). But that isn't the case for anyone that isn't like TSH of Sendhil, which is most people.
