How long is this supposed to last? Cost?

$500 for 40 units. 20 on each side. It's supposed to last 6 months or so but if I don't stimulate them anymore with anything other than normal food, they'll weaken overtime. They're as big as they were because I have this lifelong tick where I chew plastic and rubber.

I got to the gym. My neck just looks pencil thin because my masseters are that big. The widest part of my mandible is actually about the width of my neck.
