Feels like I'm in control instead of autopilot although being on autopilot might make life easier it feels like there's no one living life, self awareness you have to conquer your insecurities and feels great to develop a mature sense of self

Yeah by not having self awareness youre not insecure and more numb to life but it feels like there's no one living and no emotions
