I had that one random ass 1 day day where I was quite de bloated and it was so good, self esteem through the roof, as some of you know I am extreme mental cel so this is a great achievement.
I have however ruined this by consuming Goyslop, such as, a quarter pounder meal from McDonald’s, an apple pie covered in sugar from McDonald’s, a subway cookie, and random chocolate.
It’s been great day eating.
Now it’s time to lock in for 2 weeks and come back lean for school
