my bad bro lmao. i was sixteen in the bottom two pics and super fat like almost 170lbs, i also had a terrible diet consisting of like little debbie’s cakes every day lmfao. i was also a chronic mouth breather. i realized i was ugly asf and needed to make a change so i lost some weight, im at 150lbs now my goal is 135-140lbs. i fixed my mouth breathing i only nasal breath, started getting more sleep 9-10 hours a night. fixed my diet i drink like 3-4 gallons of milk a week and eat a fuck ton of eggs, i’m always mewing which is just proper tongue posture and sometimes i hard mew, i also fixed my posture in general and make to to stay straight up most of the day. that’s pretty much it. forgot to mention i just turned 18, took be about i year and a half to see real progress i also did accutane.

yeah bro your 14 your growth plates are still open and your most likely still in early puberty. lifting is also good bc it’s a natural HGH boost which is even better for growing. mewing is amazing also. i really suggest drinking a lot of milk the calcium and overall nutrients you get are amazing for bone growth. diet is probably the most important part so just make sure your eating healthy.

yeah most of the time i permajut to compensate for my overbite it’s just natural at this point. exactly two years, 16-18.
