It was such a terrible idea to go for a smoke in the evening yesterday with some girl I met at a party.

I always trip bad on THC, but this time was very frightening, it felt like I was in a dream or movie, outside of my own body and I was genuinely seeing things/people that weren’t there. I lost all sense of direction and couldn’t even form any thoughts or control myself. I was almost gonna get myself in trouble by doing dumb shit, but I managed to go straight home thankfully.

I enjoyed it for like 5 mins until it turned into the worst experience in my life, like I was panicking, heart beating out of my chest and shit

Apparently there’s around a 21-47% chance of developing a chronic mental disorder like schizophrenia or BPD within a few years among people who experienced psychosis with THC and continue using cannabis. And a lower risk but still present among one-time use.
