We all hear "oh he has charm", "he's not very good looking, but he has his charm".
But what is it? It is simply a pretty person, with one (or more) big (or small) flaws.
Often the defects are the following: Large forehead, unusual nose (or hunchback nose), Eye area that is out of the ordinary (like Ian Ian Somerhalder's with the eyebrows tilted much too positive).
Normally gandy's nose would be a great failo, but as he is already very handsome, his nose just adds charisma and charm to him
Normally with this area of the eyes, Cillian should be ugly, but as everything is perfect around, including the color of his eyes, he remains beautiful and it gives him a charm
