Do push ups variations to build basic strength (don't forget ones for shoulders), plus abs excercises
Then you can add pull ups and chin ups, dips, harder push ups variations, frog stand, frog stand push ups. At that point you Will be able to do individual research on the best routine + bench more than 1 plate
