I will try that when i barbell bench again. I’ve been using dumbbells since it’s easier on my wrists.Is your form already ideal, e.g bar as low as possible in your hand to try and have it directly over the forearm rather than bending the wrist back (feels a bit like a suicidal grip but it works) No jerky movements or forced reps.
BPC, TB and GH are all worth a try, I’ve had good results on tendinitis issues with BPC. My issues tend to be on pull movements now because my finger strength is too low to take the force.
I also have very high fatigue. I.e can’t do many sets. Not sure what the cause of it is because I didn’t have it before. Might be some internal issues going on
