Nothing, the story is about a "friend", he has multiple similar stories about other "friends" who also got into trouble in Philippines, I think this oldcel wants to prevent other passport bros from coming there, so he won't have competition, it's a pretty common strategy for people who find a certain region or niche for business, vacation, picking up women, etc. but since they don't want others to find about it, they would invent all sorts of horror tales.
