I failed at nofap today.I promised myself it would only be 5 minutes of entertainment before studying, but I went too far and played games for 30 minutes. Then I considered skipping studying altogether and playing games until those 30 minutes were over.But no, I have 15 more minutes to study. I'm still trying to finish.
