Not the end of the world. If you want to go to university and shit then either retake or go do an adult education course. If not then ngl i'd reccomend getting into the trades like bricklaying, electric work e.t.c, maybe start solo or get an apprenticeship or even ask to shadow. Trades pay really well, you can work for yourself and arent at risk of losing your job and you dont need qualifications
