I failed tretinoin treatment, and no i didnt stop after 2 weeks, i was on tret for 4 months and my skin only got worse, acne got worse, Pie worse, everything worse, i was on 0.05 and now im on tazarotene 0.1% once again (i started with it but switched to tret because of irritation) and taz is working well ngl, is there anything else i should add other than isotret and azelaic acid to treat acne and PIE, azelaic acid results are not even noticeable and i cant use isotret

i started 0.05 and seen 0 irritation because i already had used adapalene, and sandwhich method is proven in studys to stop tretinoin effects up to 90% and its mainly for irritation, which i never had on tret

Unfortunate, I'm only around a month and a half in and results haven’t been good so far. But I’m gonna use this test until its completely out.

if you have hormonal acne it wont work, tazarotene might help, isotret will 100% help, im doing microneedling and tazarotene right agter in a few days message me and ill let you know how it goes, i got a dermapen and ima do 1mm whole face and 2mm cheeks and taz right after

Nah, and i cant use it, its not that i dont want to, i cant use it because im getting ortho work and i cant stunt my growth

Yea it stunted my growth I think I could’ve been taller but nothing else worked I also had your type of acne and it was getting worse and worse

im 5’9 and a bit i cant stunt my growth yet, also i cant use it while using orthodontics
