Same it seems so out of control and distant

That's why meditation is better to access the supernatural because it's like step by step instead of tripping where you'll have ego death right away and everything feels so confusing and scary

Never had a hallucination or some demonic encounter ever since being an adult I'm grateful tbh

i see shadows sometimes and it scares me, when bad, its family that's not there
